Gwenllian Tudor receives a fresh Strawberry Pie dropped from the Sky Mall while contemplating the meaning of life. INFJs love nostalgia such as the memory of picking fresh strawberries in one’s back yard to make fresh strawberry pie. The Butler finds Ms. Peacock ripe and sweet strawberries for her pie recipe.
1 pie crust baked
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons strawberry flavored gelatin
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup boiling water
2 pints of fresh strawberries or enough to fill up the pie pan
Boil the water. Combine sugar, gelatin, cornstarch and salt in a saucepan. Then add to boiling water. Stir. Boil for 3 minutes on high. Don’t stop stirring. Do not use a plastic spoon as it will melt into the mixture and give you cancer. Cool the mixture completely.
Wash the strawberries. Take off the green steps and the inedible base. Place the strawberries with the tips facing up toward the sky. Pour gelatin mixture on top of the berries. Chill. Serve with fresh whipped cream.
